An alumni of IHM Aurangabad, he started his career from Renaissance Hotel and Convention Centre, Powai as a Kitchen Management Trainee. With almost 10 years of his career, he has worked with international 5 star properties like Hotel Renaissance, Hotel Intercontinental and trendy restaurants like Indigo Deli. He has also been involved with designing and setting up of various restaurant kitchens in Mumbai, Pune and Goa. He is currently the Head Chef of Tertullia at Shivaji Park, Mumbai.
He excels in fusion of local ingredients with International cuisine. He dreams of opening his own restaurant one day, which we have no doubt will be very soon!
