Aniruddha started his career with The Leela, Mumbai as a Chef de Partie.
After a couple of years he boarded the cruise ships which sailed in the waters of Central and Northern America. Rising from an Assistant Cook to a Junior Sous chef, he experienced local cuisines and culture which became the foundation of his promised career.
He returned to his homeland and joined the Kamat Hotels ( Orchid Group) and was the Chef in Charge of their Fort Jadhavgarh Property in Pune. Here he planned various restaurants including an open air Grill and a Maharashtrian speciality eatery.
He later was a Corporate chef for Correa Hospitality where he transformed the regular Chinese fare to a more enhanced fine dining type.
He is currently the Executive Chef for Tilt All Day at Lower Parel, Mumbai and churns out lipsmacking delicacies day in and day out.
He believes in simple food where the ingredients are the hero and he lets them speak to themselves.
