Ingredients

  • D’lecta cow ghee 1 tbsp
  • Onions 2, sliced
  • Ginger half inch, grated
  • Cardamom 2-3
  • Cinnamon 1 stick
  • Yoghurt 1/4 cup
  • D’lecta creme 1/4 cup
  • D’lecta natural cheddar 1/2 cup
  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper a pinch
  • Spinach puree 1/4 cup
  • Boneless chicken 400g
  • Carrots 100g, sliced
  • Green peas 50g
  • French beans 50g

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  2. Add cinnamon, cardamom and onions and saute till light brown in colour.
  3. Add the ginger and saute for a minute.
  4. Add chilli powder and mix well.
  5. Add the boneless chicken and saute for a couple of minutes till the outside of the chicken is sealed.
  6. Mix the cream and yoghurt together and add to the chicken alongwith green peas, french beans and carrots.
  7. Let it cook for 10 minutes, then add the grated cheddar and spinach puree to the curry.
  8. Mix well and serve immediately seasoned with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve with rice.
